Tatulli Komogorova
Oil Painting
After her retirement from a government job in Information Technology, Tatulli decided to follow her life’s passion. All her experiences and interests, love for nature, poetry, history, and adventure are strongly embedded in her art process. Her art is influenced by the symbolism and mysticism of Rossetti and Vrubel, as well as the primitivism of Cézanne, Picasso, Kandinsky, and Chagall’s fauvism. Tatulli is interested in light, color, symbols, composition, perception of the moment, atmospheric feelings and not so much about realistic depiction. She uses oil, acrylic, and palette knives to create fusion images of real life and dreams in Alla Prima technique. She is searching for freedom, feminine energy, and existential truth about life and human beings. She studied with world renowned artist Elena Goubar from Switzerland and is proud to be a part of her apprenticeship group in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
